Primary Care at Pease is a comprehensive primary care practice in a comfortable, family-focused environment.

Our providers offer physicals, preventative healthcare, and immunizations, as well as treatments for chronic illnesses and injuries.

You will have a personal relationship with your care team - which includes your doctor or nurse practitioner, nurse care managers and certified medical assistants, pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, health coaches and patient care representatives. We treat you as a whole person, not just as one illness. We are concerned about all of your health needs and are responsible for coordinating your care. We will work with you and your family on:

• Prevention and wellness, helping you work towards a healthy lifestyle.
• Both physical and mental health issues, such as depression or anxiety. 
• A plan of care for any major health problems.

As a patient of Wentworth Health Partners, an affiliate of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, you will have seamless access to our network of 13 specialty care offices and support services, including Behavioral Health, Diabetes Education, Social Work Services and Integrative Therapies.

Wentworth Health Partners Primary Care at Pease is a certified patient-centered medical home. Our care team is committed to providing the best personalized and collaborative care to help you meet your goals.

Same-Day Appointments

If you need immediate care for a sickness or minor injury, call the office during business hours to make an appointment, or you may choose to visit Prompt Care — a walk-in center staffed by Wentworth Health Partners primary care providers. Locations here at Pease and in Dover offer expert care for your minor illness or injury right away, for the cost of an office visit.

Patient Testing Centers

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital offers lab services, blood work, x-rays and cardiovascular testing at five convenient locations in Dover, Lee and Portsmouth. Services and hours vary by location. Visit the hospital’s Patient Testing Centers page for more information.

Prescription Refills

Prescription refills requests can be made through the Patient Portal, by calling the office, or by contacting your pharmacy directly. Re-fill requests can take up to 48 hours to fulfill. Please plan ahead so your refills are available when you need them.

Medicare Annual Wellness Exam

We provide Medicare Annual Wellness Exams. Please contact the practice if you have any additional questions regarding this exam and eligibility or to schedule your appointment. A Medicare Annual Exam Questionnaire should be filled out and brought with to your Annual Wellness appointment.

Interpreters and Communication Services

Wentworth Health Partners is pleased to provide Effective Communication Aids and Services to our patients who are deaf/hard of hearing, need visual aids and services, or who have limited English proficiency. These auxiliary aids and services are available free of charge. Please notify the practice of any special communication or language needs so that we can adequately update this information in your medical record. Please also contact the practice in advance of appointments to request any special assistance.
