If you need immediate care for a sickness or minor injury, call the office during business hours to make an appointment, or you may choose to visit Prompt Care — a walk-in center staffed by Wentworth Health Partners primary care providers. Locations here at Pease and in Dover offer expert care for your minor illness or injury right away, for the cost of an office visit.
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital offers lab services, blood work, x-rays and cardiovascular testing at five convenient locations in Dover, Lee and Portsmouth. Services and hours vary by location. Visit the hospital’s Patient Testing Centers page for more information.
Prescription refills requests can be made through the Patient Portal, by calling the office, or by contacting your pharmacy directly. Re-fill requests can take up to 48 hours to fulfill. Please plan ahead so your refills are available when you need them.
We provide Medicare Annual Wellness Exams. Please contact the practice if you have any additional questions regarding this exam and eligibility or to schedule your appointment. A Medicare Annual Exam Questionnaire should be filled out and brought with to your Annual Wellness appointment.
Wentworth Health Partners is pleased to provide Effective Communication Aids and Services to our patients who are deaf/hard of hearing, need visual aids and services, or who have limited English proficiency. These auxiliary aids and services are available free of charge. Please notify the practice of any special communication or language needs so that we can adequately update this information in your medical record.
