Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway is a secure, online patient portal that is available for all Wentworth-Douglass Hospital patients.
- Access your medical information 7 days a week / 24 hours a day.
- Ask questions of your providers.
- Check lab results, reports, and letters from your providers.
- Review the latest updates and visit summaries in your record.
- Request new prescriptions and request prescription renewals.
- View conditions, allergies and immunizations.
- Search patient education and wellness materials.
- Pay your doctor bills online.
- In the event of a medical emergency, call 9-1-1. Patient Gateway is not appropriate for urgent care or emergency situations.
Ways to Enroll
Current Patient Gateway users, who have accessed or set up a Patient Gateway account through other Mass General Brigham hospitals, do not need to do anything more to take advantage of these benefits.
More information about enrolling:
1. Your provider’s office can give you an activation code and help you complete your enrollment in the office.
2. Visit patientgateway.org and select the “Enroll Now” button. If you do not have an activation code, select “Enroll Now” again at the bottom of the page to begin the enrollment process without one.
- For technical support for problems such as logging in or a forgotten username or password, please call (800) 745-9683, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
- To contact technical support via email, click the appropriate link on the Patient Gateway website (i.e. questions related to trouble logging in; forgot username or password; technical support) and submit an email stating how the support team can assist you.
