You have a right to safe and appropriate care and services by people who treat you with respect and dignity. Understanding your patient rights and responsibilities, helps use provide care to better meet your needs. Use the pages below to learn about your rights and who to contact if you have feedback, questions or concerns about your care.

Patient Code of Conduct

Everyone should expect a safe, caring, and inclusive environment in all our spaces.

Our Patient Code of Conduct helps us to meet this goal. Words or actions that are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, hostile, or harassing are not welcome.

Patient Privacy

At Wentworth-Douglass, we place the highest priority on respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your health information. We strictly adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
