Patient Code of Conduct

Everyone should expect a safe, caring, and inclusive environment in all our spaces.

Our Patient Code of Conduct helps us to meet this goal. Words or actions that are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, hostile, or harassing are not welcome.

Patient Privacy

At Wentworth-Douglass, we place the highest priority on respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your health information. We strictly adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Compliance Concerns

You may submit compliance concerns in these ways:

• Submit your concern online at http://www.massgeneralbrigham.org/complianceline.
• Download the Compliance Concern Form, fill it out, and return it by mail to the Compliance Officer, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, 789 Central Avenue, Dover, NH 03820.
