The Seacoast Cancer Center is now the Mass General Cancer Center. This renaming is a testament to the exceptional cancer care our physicians, leaders, and staff have provided patients and families for over 40 years.

Our high quality of care, compassion, and convenience hasn't changed. Wentworth-Douglass has developed the cancer program as a community cancer center with a regional reputation for high quality, personalized care. As part of Mass General Brigham, Wentworth-Douglass already offered added expertise and connections for specialized care; we are proud of the care we provide and have integrated more fully with Mass General Cancer Center when it comes to specialized cancer care to become the hub for cancer care on the New Hampshire seaboard.

The Mass General Cancer Center name has strengthened many of the programs we offer in our community, as well as opened mutual opportunities for our programs and patients who live along the broader seaboard. This rename emphasizes that our community continues to have access to a growing network of world-class services and the resources of Mass General Cancer Center.
